Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 2026
Your privacy and discretion matter to me. This policy explains what I collect, why, and how it is handled. It applies to this website and the application form.
1. What I collect
- Application details you choose to submit: your name or alias, email, age confirmation, city or region, service of interest, your message, and any limits you disclose.
- Anti-spam data: the application form uses Cloudflare Turnstile, which may process limited technical data to confirm you are human.
- Analytics: this site uses Google Analytics to understand aggregate traffic (pages viewed, general location, device). Google may set cookies and process this data under its own privacy terms. I do not sell your information.
2. How it is used
Application details are used only to screen and respond to your enquiry, and to manage any engagement that follows. Submitting an application is never a guarantee of a response.
3. Where it is stored
Submissions are stored in a private database hosted by Supabase. The form is locked so that the public cannot read, edit, or delete entries; submissions reach the database only through a verified server process, and only I can read them. Turnstile is provided by Cloudflare. Each processor handles data under its own privacy terms.
4. Payments and tributes
Tributes are handled off-site by Throne and by crypto you send directly. I do not see or store your card numbers or wallet credentials. Payments made through third parties are subject to their own privacy policies. Crypto transactions are recorded on a public blockchain by nature.
5. Cookies and local storage
The site stores a single value in your browser to remember that you confirmed you are 18 or older, so the age notice does not reappear. Google Analytics also sets cookies to measure traffic. If you are in a region that requires consent for analytics cookies, be aware they are in use. [If you serve EU/UK visitors, add a cookie-consent banner and gate Google Analytics behind consent.]
6. Retention
I keep application data only as long as needed for the purpose above, then delete it. [State your retention period, e.g. 12 months.]
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the information I hold about you, or to object to its use. To make a request, contact me at contact@lefemmeprotagoniste.com. I will respond as required by applicable law. [Adjust for GDPR / UK GDPR / CCPA as relevant.]
8. Security
I take reasonable measures to protect your information, including database access controls and server-side handling of submissions. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but I work to keep your data safe and private.
9. Children
This site is strictly for adults. I do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
10. Changes
I may update this policy. The "last updated" date above reflects the current version.
